Words are the fabric of my mind
I love dressmaking & pattern drafting
I sometimes use sewing as a metaphor for life
I appreciate how style is a form of self- expression
I love satires and clever puns especially the cleverly intended sort
Thank you for taking out time to see my musings & projects. Ideally, new posts Mondaily. 🙂

Hi Nedoux! Lovely blog you have here! I saw a link on Timi’s blog, and it led me here. I sew too, but I’m nowhere as good as you. I like your writing too, it’s very funny, but it never fails to deliver the message.

Permit me to overzealously interpret it as “In Life, it might become necessary to mend the bridges that we burn” XD

Hi Nedoux, the first time I discovered your blog, I was fascinated by how you could make sewing and all things related appeal to me as one who can hardly push thread through the eye of a needle. I have since read more of your posts and watched you weave words in such an incredible way that I have come back for more and more.
For this reason, I have nominated you for the Liebster Award.

Hi Unathi,
Yayyyy! Thank you so much, this put a big smile on my face. There’s something rather exciting about awards, it feels like one won something. 😀

I was so excited to learn that you have not reached 1000 followers yet, because one of the rules for this award is that the nominated blogs must have a certain number of followers. I was quite keen on having you as a nominee because you have such an engaging blog.
You have certainly won ‘something’ – peer recognition 🙂
Thank you so much for accepting.

Hello Nedoux,
I love sewing too. I do freestyle sewing when need be. Back in the day, you’ll will catch me sewing my school uniforms while I was still in secondary school (just the A-line skirt though). These days, you’ll see me DIYing some cute summer dresses I find on the internet and sewing covers for our throw pillows.
I read a few of your posts and love the way you write – just like a quiet Singer machine operated by an electric motor. ❤
Oya, me and my village people need another asoebi – please when do we come for the fitting? With that, you can tell where I followed you from – take a guess. 🙂
